A short path from the parking area provides easy access to the side entrance. Downstairs, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom with tiled shower, a living room with adjoining dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The hand-made, wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine with a sitting area and queen futon, a full bathroom and one large bedroom with two double beds. Views of forest, water and mountains are seen from every room.

Alaska your way. Spend your days birding, kayaking, fishing, hiking, whale watching or glacier viewing, and come home to comfort. Whales and other wildlife are often seen from the living area. The Lucky Loon is a birder's paradise, especially in May and June, with numerous sightings of Loons, including the Yellow-billed Loon. Reservations and Information

May 1-September 30:
$150/day Double occupancy 5 day minimum, $35/day for each additional guest (maximum is 6)

October 1-April 30:
Weekly minimum rental: $100/night for two guests, with each additional guest $25 /night. 10 days or more, take 10% off (does not apply to June, July, August)

City and bed taxes of 10% will be added

Deposit of 50% required to secure reservation

Cancellations less than 60 days will incur 25% fee

Cancellations less than 15 days are non refundable
